The reason I bring up HIV is the fact that someone overseas brought it into their conversation. It certainly is similar to “Coronavirus”. I watched another hearing on C-span last year about the installation of G5 everywhere in the U.S. including remote areas. President Trump made $45billion available and he wanted it done within a year.
